OPGS - An Excellent School (By a Y10 student)
The school is fantastic and the teachers are brilliant. If you ever have a problem (to do with bullying, struggling with workload, stress, etc.) they always do their very best to solve it. The lessons are fun and engaging. The timetable has morning formtime (20 minutes) and two lessons (2 hours) followed by a 20 minute breaktime, two more lessons, a forty minute lunchtime, afternoon formtime (40/45 minutes, excluding Mondays, when there is no afternoon formtime) and one more hour-long lesson. On Mondays we finish at 14:45 and on all other days we finish at 15:25. Overall, OPGS is an excellent school that I would recommend.
Good School
Very happy with the school. Look beyond to the buildings and it's a great school. Helpful teachers and good management who help sort out issues when they occur. Probably concentrates a bit too much on Rugby/Football (bit that's probably the same with most boys grammars). However, does other sports like fencing, towing, basketball, Table tennis etc). Lots of different extracurricular clubs to try.
Unfairly compared to MGS. However, some friends that go to MGS now which they had picked OPGS.

Excellent School
Excellent School - never have liked school, but when I joined OPGS, that changed. Lessons are fun, teachers also. Other students are supporting/ kind. Will always love this school.

Absolutely terrible, one of the worst schools in Maidstone. Lessons are bad, teachers are worse.
