Before this academic year, my oldest child used to attend this school at the old building in King George. Everything was going well, good GCSE results. Then my youngest child joined Oasis Academy Silvertown at the new building in 2022 as a year 7, everything was great until the new headteacher joined. Racist teachers, Unnecessary school rules, Understaffed, HORRIBLE teaching, bad test results, dinner ladies lying about chicken being halal, pedophelic behaviour from teachers, fights everyday,unsafe environment, unsolved bullying, not informing parents about serious and dangerous incidents happening at school, horrible first aid system and atrocious and over priced school lunches. VERY disappointed.

Extremely bad new head teacher, unreasonable new rules, bad teaching, too much emphasis on uniforms and obsolete rules that don’t help children in anyway to learn, extremely bad lunch food, the only hot thing about it is the name, constant teachers leaving school, headteacher has no knowledge of pedagogy, forcing the school to become a prison and an education establishment. everything must change asap, or these kids will learn to become a menace to society with too much distress and anxiety, school doesn’t care if kids vomit or get sick and not providing first aid nor alerting the parents.

Worst school in the world. Horrible teachers and staff, stinking classrooms, bad grades, badly behaved students, the list goes on. Do NOT recommend sending children here.
