This school is terrible teachers are insisting we should not wear nail polish or colour earings were a food tech teacher can were loads of jewellery and nail polish while working with food all day teachers tell kids to there face that there lying when there not teachers put kids of C2 C2 C3 for not understanding the work teachers lecture kids on how you don't need the toilet if you don't have a pass and on the toilet them the school toilets don't get cleaned properly there is really nothing good about this school and if a kid is screaming bad things at you and you tell them to shut up that's a C3 out of lesson and a disrespect for staff as the put her kid is just there with the teacher going 'are you OK'

I am currently attending this school and it is NOT a good school, it may seem good but the education is absolutely awful and all they are teaching me is basic stuff i learned in primary school. The teachers do nothing about bullying or harassment. The kids who are actually doing work and want to learn are rarely noticed as the teachers have to give all their attention to the kids who are messing about. If a teacher punishes you and you ask why you will immediately get the next punishment even if you genuinely don't know what you've done or you didn't do it. The kids who bully and mess about are rarely actually punished. You aren't even allowed to call your parents if something happens to you during the day. Most classes, no work gets done as the classes are uncontrollable, i have seen things get thrown at teachers, people bullying others and starting fights in class. This school is terrible, do not send your child here unless you want them to be miserable
Not a good school!
Absolutely dreadful school. Quite happy to push their policies onto students but are unable to follow them themselves.
Teachers aren't always able to control classes and those students who want to learn then miss out as all the time and attention is spent on dealing with the ones being disruptive.
Bullying is rife and nothing gets done about it.
The school cares more about its image than the education its supposed to offer.

It's oksy
It's an okay school, I wouldn't say goof though. Lots of harassment by students to pupils part of the lgbt community and not enough discipline to keep pupils undercontrol and quiet.
My review
They don’t really do much when something happens I think there are better schools to go to in the area learning is around average my class gets disruptive quite a bit and the teacher didn’t do much at all
My review on Orminston maritime Academy
It's been ok a lot of people push you around and can sometimes throw whings at you but that's only the naughty kids the rest of them a quite well behaved and nice in the corridors I feel as if the teachers don't get naughty kids out the class quick enough and honestly most of the time when they get c2 they don't really go to them any more and they focus on the small little things instead of the big problem in the class room

This school is a wonderful school when I first started at this school I was afraid of not fitting in because of my race but all my worries disappeared once I met the teachers and students who were nice and sweet with me.This is a school were everyone fits in.
Very clean
My school has handled the pandemic very well a lot of sanitiser we have to put on and lots of hard work for cleaners also being able to wear face mask anywhere in the academy (optional)
