Really good school good teachers but some teachers and not fair and are not but good but overall is a good school

I’ll use the best language i can to describe this place, i’ll need a cleansed soul to do so. I’ve gone to this school for years and the amount of issues i face daily because of what goes on there is shocking. First of all, the insecurity i face. The school uniform makes me feel terrible- long skirt makes me feel overheated in the summer, it makes me feel unsafe too because of the fact the king skirt is there to control people looking at me if i had a short skirt? Seems kind of weird. In fact, it’s almost self explanatory that if a school has long skirts theres some sort of uncomfortable activity occurring. In addition, the no makeup rule just tops off the insecurity. Not just because of the fact we are teenagers facing the MOST IMPORTANT AND INSECURE times in our lives and we can’t explore with makeup and try out our own things, but i’m more obsessed with how i look at school than what i do. my mental health has decreased SO MUCH over the 3-4 years i’ve been here because of facing insecurity due to this stupid rule that seems to have NO ISSUE at any other school. Not to mention the fact the popular girls get away with caking their faces and the teachers don’t bat an eye out for forbid i have left over mascara on from last night. Speaking of the unfairness, the female teachers should just ADMIT they favour the loud, obnoxious white boys. For example, in my maths class there 3 specific boys that shout, talk, moan, chew, punch, shout out answers, don’t write in their books, don’t do homework and LOTS MORE- yet, my maths teacher doesn’t look their way other than to laugh at something they have said. But god forbid last week when i missed a homework i was absent for when set and got a detention when i’ve never done anything wrong in class EVER. Further more, the RACISM and SEXISM and HOMOPHOBIA that happenes BLATANLY infront of teachers is shocking. Yet i, a gay, tell someone i’m gay and get a lunchtime detention- and i wasn’t allowed to defend myself because it was “answering back”- HOW FAIR!! The teachers ignore everything that goes on on the yard- cutting in the line, water being dumped on innocent girls, fights on the football pitch, people on their phones, vaping and more. The one boy in the bathroom at a time rule that i’ve noticed aswell is disgusting and unfair. Bathroom breaks are denied. My head of year is a despicable witch who feasts off of fear. The only education this school has given me is that there is only one right answer, get it wrong and you’re punished and that working i played NOT with groups is the only way that works which is NOT the right message to bring to the outside world. This school needs to make serios changed or i’m not going to see it to my GCSEs- i’ll be dead or left.
