This nursery prioritises care for children of Oxford Brookes University staff or ex-staff. They are horrendous if you place your child here as Oxford Brookes student and consider the childcare to be a complementary service to the main higher education services Oxford Brookes provides. My child attended this nursery for approximately one year when I was a student at Brookes and their treatment of my child was unprofessional and discriminatory. I have reported them to Ofsted for non-compliance and changed nursery as a result. I never encountered similar problems at another nursery. Hence their treatment must be based entirely depending on whether you are Brookes staff and use the nursery as employment benefit or student and view the nursery as a complementary service. You'd expect that as a University customer they treat you like one, but the opposite happens.
