Papillon House

Horrible place to work. This school is dull and dreary: There is no support for staff, poorly paid wages, sick pay not paid. Not enough and lack of resources for the pupils, all Equipment is old and out of date, many unqualified staff that work here. This school is behind the times where SEN is concerned. High turn over of staff. Staff are made to accept and put up with what’s given to them, if you stand up for yourself like wrong wages, you are then penalized for it and treated like rubbish. The owner treats the school as a business but no real money goes into the school for updated chairs/tables and other equipment.

I would Not recommend this school as a place to work or send my kids to.

Bullying from management towards staff.! All staff spend too much time watching each other and reporting each other over silly little things or nothing, also exaggerating events.
