Abysmal Communication
I attended an interview here in early December I only received any notification as to the result of the interview after nine days and only after me telephoning them to enquire had the vacancy been filled . I subsequently received an email to say I had not been successful. After me taking the trouble to attend an interview they notified me by email and after 9 days of waiting to hear for a position that was only working in the breakfast and afternoon club. I am a qualified Teaching Assistant so was over qualified to do this job but was willing to do so never the less I just think it was incredibly discourteous and it says a great deal about Pavilion Pre School.
