Poor practice. Bullying. Falsifying evidence
If there was a 0 star option that would be my choice, my 5 year old was able to be bullied for over a month to no avail, they did not follow policy's regarding behaviour nor safeguarding and this has affected my little girls life in every single aspect, the only option was for my little girl to check in with her class teacher multiple times in the day, 0 actions to aid her and she had been there since nursery, did not follow protocol and panicked when the matter was pressed then proceeded to file fake evidence of them following their own guidelines and name it as a miscommunication error, the class teacher had specifically said it's the first she heard of it after 3 conversations one being face to face regarding details, I wouldn't send a family pet here personally let alone my children.
