Rude abrupt receptionist
Your office staff member Miss Cox needs a people's person course as obviously in the wrong job. She is rude talks down to parents and has such a bad attitude. Considering she is meant to be a face of the school and welcoming she's the opposite and I've heard alot of other parents state this. If she's like this with adults I dread to think how she talks to children. Also calls when your child is sick as she can't read emails first states an email wasn't sent then surprisingly finds it while you are on the phone having to deal with her 2 words COLD UNCARING
