everyones grammar in this review section sucks ass. anyway, it seems like the teachers get a knack out of giving students detentions especially of students who have done nothing wrong, i know what im talking about as i have experienced it, the amount of power they are abusing is insane.
Horrible school
My child wanted to go here as she stated it was a better school and her friends go their after the first two weeks she got bullied all of the kids and teachers are completely heartless they do not care about education at all my child deals with anxiety and wanted to move a schools as this school is apparently “good with children’s mental health” but my own daughter dosnt even want to walk into lesson or sit next to anybody because of all the rude un mannered children they do not get dealt with when I tell you you will regret this school you absolutely will please listen to the reviews about this because it is not a good school please listen all of the options are bad aswell my daughter picked food tech French and drama and they school can’t even provide good enough staff to teach them all of them read off these power points and have no clue my child had missed out on a year of education because she dosnt like the teachers it’s nothing to do with doing the work it’s the teachers they are horrible and racist this is not a good environment for ur children
OTT detentions and poor communication
This school will hand out C3s like nobody's business for students yawning too loud, but doesnt punish students caught stealing or bullying. Absolutely ridiculous. Teachers egos will ruin them.
Communication is SO poor even with parents. Trips require multiple consent forms across multiple platforms.
Students are expected to keep up with homework across MULTIPLE platforms-not good for students with additional needs!
Food lines are often so long students cant get food and if entitled to free school meals they can ONLY buy from main hall.

The teachers care more about how your uniform looks then your mental health and well being for example false nails piercings and false eyelashes what has that got to do with my learning.Yes I get it piercings for pe are not allowed that obvious, but. Eyelashes are not gonna fly away or make us blind.
Bullying,Staff,Etc
The head of years do nothing about bullying,nor does the headmasters,if you are being bullied you might aswell knock the kid out,teachers wont do nothing but you will be named the bad guy,half of the staff are horribly trained,narcissistic,cant control the class or predatory,there is no inbetween.

Disgusting school. Racist headteacher too! Booted a young lad out because he stood up for himself after being called a racial slur! Lots of male teachers sexualising young girls. They don’t deal with bullying either! Sending your child to this ‘educational’ establishment would be your biggest mistake.

The school is very judgemental towards students. they deal with situations poorly and expect us to know everything. a certain science teacher acts like a ****. i got bullied all through school and they would keep me in at lunch so that i was safe but at the same time it scares me more
Aweful
The way they deal with bullying is poor. They're management of teachers is poor as teachers lecture and grade students in a un educational and unprofessional manner. I know many students who have received poor feedback on work (I've read myself) without explains where they could improve. Lunch portions are too big and not enough supervision on how much unhealthy foods are available. They treat people with dissabilities like they are 3 years olds and when u report physical abuse from peers, they tell you to put up with it and to not defend yourself. I was a student there and I must say, I refuse to send my future children there, for their sakes.
