Polam Hall School

Poor education. Culture of defensiveness and lying. Head doesn’t have a clue what goes on. Assistant Head makes all the decisions and they are very poor. Academic predictions are way out. Taking on so many pupils, the class sizes are huge and kids don’t fit in the classrooms. No chance for kids to learn as teachers cannot manage behaviour. To top it all, safeguarding is non-existent - including 2 staff now with child abuse convictions; teacher taking her baby into class and serious accidents not being reported at all to the necessary authorities.
