Poltair the school of overconfidence and laziness

Hello I am a student from another school in the London area, now what I have heard from this school is that it's a terrible environment for children and others, there is no care for any student's mental health whatsoever, furthermore it seems that teachers don't have any control over classrooms which shows lack of commitment and laziness, as well I have heard you call yourself the best school in the country but to be honest your far from it due to how it's run as well as this showing overconfidence in school ability.as I come to my conclusion I hope that this school fixes all its problems but as of now I recommend that you should not join this school. Thank you for listening (also I have no clue what the education provides but I heard it's pretty tough on student wellbeing due to long sets of tests)

Sort the system out

This place was an awful place to be half of the time. You had good teachers that made it all worth while, and others that made everything so much worse.
If your child has any problems with sexual harassment or sexual assault, or bullying, don’t even tell them. It’s not worth it. They did nothing before and they won’t do anything now.
The treatment that victims got was disgusting.

Literally hell on earth

I got terribly bullied, by students and teachers. Removal room teacher called me pathetic and would constantly pick on me and other students for the fun of it, they’re very bad at handling mental health as students just get in trouble for requesting support.

Teachers are meh, students just suck

The teachers were actually pretty decent, they had a good plan for academic achievement and were very supportive.
Students however, run the place. Although student services attempt at managing the poor behaviour of students they still managed to even make the teachers cry. Most days in my year 11 some glass door somewhere was probably smashed, students would be throwing objects across the classroom in almost all of my classes and no amount of detention or punishment that the school could give them stopped it.
I wouldn’t recommend this school if you actually want to get anything done, unless you have the superhuman ability to ignore you’re surrounding pupils and work independently the entire time.

chartwells needs to up their game

Tbh it’s awful with all the restrictions
so how come we can’t sit opposite reach other in lessons and touch each other too much but in the canteen we have to sit on tables facing each other with seats that are pretty much on top of one another. and the stupid man with chartwells is a right miserable git. me and some friends forgot to sanitise before picking up some fodd and got told we couldn’t buy anything because we didn’t sanitise. why does it matter it’s not like i’m touching by any thing. and i am medically exempt from wearing the masks and the school is so good with that but i have to wear a mask to buy food because apparently i can’t get food with out a stupid mask on. some of the rules really don’t make sense but i think it’s mainly chartwells fault
