My time at pontville was great. I couldn't of thanked the pastoral team & the teaching assistants there. They are very supportive in their job.

Great staffing!! Its ideal for ASD spectrum people. I was there for 3 years, and the support there is Brilliant. And the pastoral team are Great!!

In addition, I felt unsupported during these incidents, as a teaching assistant appeared to laugh rather than intervene appropriately. From my perspective, the environment created by these interactions was distressing and did not reflect the level of care, professionalism, or safeguarding that students should reasonably expect within an educational setting.
