Superb school
This is a fantastic school. The care and attention from every member of staff has been remarkable. My daughter has just finished her a-levels and the teaching has been second to none. Absolutely the best decision we ever made to send her to the school!

Pupils leave with confidence but not arrogance
A wonderful school where pupils leave at 18 with confidence for their futures but without arrogance - the staff, parents and pupils are genuinely excited to be a part of the school and the wider GDST network. A happy place full of laughter and learning.

Fear factor
The staff on the shop floor live in fear and the school is basically run by 5 people who care little for wellbeing for staff who are told are all replaceable. A bullying culture exists from the top and morale and mental health is completely brushed aside . A Victorian workhouse atmosphere and would never put my children in this school .

From an ex employee perspective
Terrible school to work in. Lacks pupil discipline and the premises is fairly dilapidated and poorly maintained by staff with no experience in building maintenance. Very poor management who don’t sort issues out and who are far more interested in not upsetting the parents than discipline. The food is poor and the catering staff lacking in skill.
