Worst school out of 6 attended

My daughter attended this school in year 5 from Sept 2021- april 2022. My daughter has attended 6 schools due to moving because of DV and this is by far the worst school she has attended.
There were inadequate changing facilities for PE where an entire class of 10 year old were forced to change in front of each other and girls were encouraged to change under the tables by staff if they felt uncomfortable. Upon several meeting with the school and complaints they bought some screens within a couple of months but refused to make any other changing arrangements in the meantime including refusing to allow my daughter to attend school in pe kit.
I was granted a meeting with the head teacher and head of governors where I was shouted at and told "you can send your daughter to another school" by the governor. The meeting was not professional by any means, I was sat in a room alone with 2 grown men shouting the odds at me, no secretary, no minits taken, it was allnso intimidating I left mid meeting.
My daughter was bullied horrendously and the school refused to acknowledge it. The bully in question assaulted my daughter one afternoon in front of me to the point of me calling the police because the school still wouldn't do anything. I was then verbally assaulted by the bullies mother and still nothing done by the school.
I made complaints to department of education and secretary of state which amounted to nothing because the school holds all the power.
Went on holiday in the Easter holidays and returned to a letter banning me from the school for "being rude" aka complaining that the school wasn't safe guarding my child.
All I have learnt from this experience is that schools have the power to do and get away with anything they want. Even the police cabt get involved if a crime takes place on school grounds which left the school in a position to not only allow my daughter to be bullied, but to also bully me!
I removed my daughter with immediet effect and she is now thriving at copthorne c of e school where they have made her education and safety oaramount and have been very supportive and met every single need without fail or complication.
Pound hill juniors needs some sort of authority to set it back onto a oath where it is maintaining a proper education system that is safe fir all students. At the moment it is failing the children in most ways from my experience.
