Q3 Academy Great Barr

I am a student that attends Q3 Academy Great Barr.My grades are high.Strict school but we are all well disciplined.I highly recommend that you send your child/children to this school.Polite teachers,delicious school meals and etc.

Q3 Academy is an amazing school.Teachers and Staff are so polite and helpful!My 2 Kids started their first day recently and they told me it’s fantastic.They’ve got good grades and are very well behaved.The school could be a little be strict but it’s for the students own good.Its a highly recommend school??

Teacher accusing pupil of things not apologizing when found that they are wrong not letting pupil explain themselves it is disgusting and should be reported to board of governors.

You put your phone in a box with just a little bit of foam at the bottom and teachers say if the box gets dropped it’s not the schools fault it’s the students responsibility. And if you don’t put it in the box you might get spot checked where you empty your bag and pockets and stuff. And there is a teacher who holds the phone box on there one hand in the air through the crowded corridor and one time almost dropped it. And the teachers well most of them will literally give you a detention for anything once well 17 times to be exact, I was going to lesson and the bell goes I sprint to lesson I’m only like 20 seconds late and I get detention.

So basically I was picking up my 11 year old daughter at the gates and she comes put with a black eye and behind were a group of y9 girls laughing at her as ahe cried so when she got into the car she had an attitude. So the next day 8 went up too the school at 8:10 and they did nothing I involved the police and she moves to barr beacon and she hasn't been bullied there yet....................................

the way they handle bullying and harassment is disgusting. they have a zero tolerance bullying policy yet let students go with a slap on the wrist , telling the teachers does nothing , the students don’t get any punishments and the school will throw you under the bus to save their own asses and tell you it’s not under their control and that the police have to deal with it . they refuse to show cctv and twist things . the school is a mess , as well as a dump . if you’re a parent thinking about sending your child here , please do not .

Lack of teachers, no one cares about mental well-being, students aren’t treated with respect, teachers can be unprofessional by treating students without equality and picking which students they would rather listen to.

As a student that went to q3, I believe I was like facade. One the outside, it looked like a perfect little school. But on the inside, it was shocking and appalling.
