I think quarrydale is terrible there is hair and mould In the food the meat is never cooked properly and I have seen multiple rats run around outside the canteen. I would not recommend going to this school

Apparently you bully your pupils if they don't hold the same political views as your left wing teachers. If that is correct then you are indeed bullies . You should be encouraging your students to think independently and protect them from harassment from other pupils . I will be escalating this to the education board and I suggest you apologise to your bullied 13 year old pupil. Do your job and teach him without bias.

Not a bad school per se, at least back for 2016 leavers. Some of the teachers need to wind their necks in a abit though. I remember a psychology teacher at a level telling one of my sons friends that her dreams wouldn’t amount to anything just because she wasn’t doing well in class

Good school like a tv basically someone fights everyday and nobody cares it’s fun

horrible school, got sexually assaulted in school by another student and school did nothing about it, teachers dont teach, dirty school, dead rats found on the floor inside the building

doesn't think about the students by not letting us go toilet in lesson, food is raw, teachers think they rule the world, saw someone's Wiley one time it was small so i don't recommend this school to anyone and i think it should be closed down for good or let children work from home unless they are doing tests/exams.

As a student in Quarrydale Academy, I think this school is outrageous...personally from experience. The canteens' food is not enough to feed everyone,the people in it are disgusting, and nothing is done about it. The fact that teachers stand outside toilets as well is invading privacy, and the school is a tip. If you are thinking of coming here,don't recommend it.

This school is very bad for education, the teachers are really nasty they swear at the students the food is disgusting theres hair in the food and it’s uncooked. teachers don’t care about ur education they just care about getting payed. so I advise you not to go to Quarrydale if your thinking of going.

I no longer attend the school as I got no support for my mental health and bullying. This school is genuinely awful for kids with mental health issues and/or learning difficulties, although there is support in place for kids with these things they’re so hard to get a hold of until your child gets out of control, as someone who struggles heavily with depression and anxiety I only got support when my attendance dropped and school was concerned, not about me but about their reputation. Their approach to bullying is worse, as I went to teachers and told them about this multiple times as well as my mum going into school and asking for support for me, which I never received. Honestly this school as a whole is a mess, not only in the things I’ve talked about but also just little things that build up such as the food, teachers, rules (especially with uniform), the cleanliness and so on. As much as this school claims that it’s a safe and secure environment for their students, I and many other people would 100% disagree. Also I’d like to add on that this isn’t really a safe environment for people of colour and people in the lgbtqia+ community, as I’ve seen racism and homophobia take place multiple times.

If I could I would give it a zero. There was so many rats and the food was awful. From an experience from an ex quarrydale member I am disgusted to find out it is even worse. There is still rats, people are nearly getting stabbed and most importantly they still did nothing about bullying or any issues. This school is disgusting and whoever thinks this is a good school must be stupid. Also the indoors is absolutely disgusting. The grades are bad and the teachers are awful at teaching. The students grades are horrible.

No assistance with being bullied Disruption in every class School can’t facilitate those who require more assistance to learn
