Radcliffe-on-Trent Infant and Nursery School

The infant school's weak leadership and Governance is evident in its lack of direction and organization. This affects the overall learning environment, leaving both parents and staff concerned about the school's ability to provide a nurturing and effective educational experience for young children. Improved leadership is crucial for positive change

Pity the staff that work here. Head lacks any knowledge or understanding or people skills. The school has declined in the past few years. Many experienced and well liked staff have left which shows in the boring curriculum being taught. Governors appear to turn a blind eye to important issues and the SBM is rude and unprofessional. Can only hope Ofsted ask the right questions and expose what is really going on here.
