Rawtenstall Balladen Community Primary School

I spent a short amount of time working here and it was nightmare. Teachers are leaving all the time, with no teacher lasting longer than a year there now. Any decent and experienced teacher has luckily escaped this place now. The headteacher is mostly vacant and would rather send out the deputy head to deal with issues, who thinks good leadership equates to negativity and bullying. I know a couple of people that worked with her and both have experienced anxiety because of her and the workplace environment that she is creating.
