their response to consistent bullying is to make excuses for the parents of the offending child, even after said parents cant be bothered (do not care) to show up to meetings to have a civil discussion on the matter. then the school proceeds to tell the victim of the bullying that they should leave the school.
its disgusting, and perpetuates the issue.
this school hasn't had a recent ofsted review in quite some time, and is riding on the fact that the last one was 'good', and so attracts parents looking for good schools, but it has since gone down hill.
if the head teacher has a clean conscious about this, they shouldn't be in this profession. i'd advise parents to be aware that there is no formal process to resolve disruptive behaviour and it will be ignored as its not a priority.
