Harsh staff members
Nursery standards within the nursery are at great standards, certain staff and management are great, however there is a couple of staff that work there do nothing but put the other staff members and colleagues down. All the reviews about working there and staff making others suffer mentally is horrible. They are spoken down too. HW being one of them. I don’t care about not beinf able to put names down but I will when it’s upsetting a lot of staff members mentally.
