Russell Hill Road Day Nursery

My kid sometimes still cries in the morning about going, but I see the updates during the day and photos so know that they are ok. When I go back to collect I usually have to stay and play for a little while before we can go home as they are usually playing with friends. Staff seem friendly and they take an interest in my child. They do extra stuff like French and yoga which is free. funded hours are completely free. No hidden charges like at other nurseries.

My son started here when we moved to the area recently. We were initially disappointed when his old nursery which was part of a large chain were not able to facilitate the move to the Purley branch even though we have given them nearly a years notice.
However, we move on and we are so happy we did. Manager and staff team have been absolutely fabulous. Loved his key person from day one and talked about her constantly at home. My son is now disappointed when it's not a nursery day. So much going on each day and he is always so busy on collection he still doesn't want to leave.

My daughter has simply flourished since starting at Russell Hill. The staff are always happy and friendly and my daughter is always happy to wave me goodbye at the door. I receiving pictures of the fun things she does throughout the day, and she always tells me about the animals in the farm. I can’t express enough how lovely this nursery is.

I would definitely not recommend this nursery. I had problem with this nursery since my son join it. They didn't changed his nappies- mostly he had very dry poo and then he developed rash all over his bum. When I picked him up he was always so thirsty and hungry like he didn't get any drink for whole day. He was coming with injuries and when I sent email to manager or spoken to staff about this as this was unacceptable they declined and took this out of table. Staff there is very rude, young girls who doesn't care about kids and manager who is not bothered either. I am pleased we took him out and found him better place where he is not abused and harassed by anyone.
Place is very dirty and toilet for kids are not clean.

My Daughter started here recently in the baby room as the nursery where my son attended did not have availability for her. Needless to say I have now moved my son here as well. Absolutely amazing nursery and facilities. Can't beleive that they have thier very own farm. My son has loved it from day one and gets grumpy when he has to come home. Tells me everyday all the amazing things that he has done. A true gem of a nursery.
