Avoid Avoid really bad school
Giving 1 star because no stars was not an option. I am a parent of a child that was in Year 1. The school is currently run by terrible leadership and a corrupt trust. During the complaints process; the trust have discounted evidence presented, and have been untruthful in their verdicts. If your child has SEN, please avoid this school at all costs. Our family were strongly discouraged from applying for an EHCP, despite medical evidence of a diagnosis and a clear gap in academic progression. The school took no measures to safeguard my child, and made no attempt to reach out to an Occupational Health Therapist, or an Educational Psychologist for advice on how to best cater for my child’s needs. Further to this, the school had identified that my child was vulnerable but no individual safeguarding plan was put in place. This led to catastrophic results.
