Rude Workers/Owners
Very Rude, both male and female. Nabeela and the other male are very rude individuals. got caught up with work and contacted them about being late to collect my child. On the phone they said they understood, when I arrived at the nursery they were very rude saying stuff like we have things to do, however my child wasn't the only one left. Very unprofessional and rude, especially when they charge so much. Needs fixing asap!!
Poor management skills
So my 17 year old daughter found a apprenticeship with shooting stars lees road Oldham the manager ******* and her husband****** run this poor place whom has been nothing but unprofessional in every aspect of the placement and my daughter called me crying i have removed her from this placement for her own safety avoid sending your child to this poorly run nursery !!!
