Excellent all round
Excellent academics within a nurturing and collegiate environment . The new head has really taken the school to a new level. Fabulous.

Poor professionalism
Really disappointing experience here. On a recent interview I was very impressed with the school staff and pupils although I agree the classrooms need updating. Unfortunately my experience was marred by the attitude of the senior management who didn’t think it was necessary to contact me after the formal interview which was both arrogant and unprofessional.

Disappointed with weak headmistress
This school has deteriorated dramatically since the appointment of the new head, Ms Picton. She seems to be more concerned with being 'friends' with everyone, to the detriment of things being managed strongly and properly. Many of the junior staff are more concerned with being 'friends' with all the students, with the result that the precocious, rude and intimidating pupils hold a large amount of influence over the conduct of the classes and the culture of the school. Their fees have increased...

Very Good School
The school is excellent. They are making considerable efforts to impress new parents; however, our children need access to better classrooms, particularly in the older buildings, as some are quite outdated. The new teachers who joined this year are a breath of fresh air. The new Headmistress is highly effective and very supportive. My children feel very well supported!

Not worth it
Sir William Perkins's School is not worth paying the yearly school fees. My child spent a very short time of her school life at the school before we decided to take her out. Many things that were of concern were brought to our attention very early: 1. The conduct of some the teachers towards the girls are unacceptable and complaints are ignored. 2. The school fails to follow their own digital learning policy - the girls are on snapchat, youtube, tiktok and other social media platfor...
