Manager Dee is very rude! She threatens if I do not drop my child by 9:30 am she can't promise my child will be booked in for food. Despite there being set days my daughter is to attend the nursery.
My child was off for weeks and nobody called to check if she was okay. When she returned no conversation about her absence. They only care about invoices being paid.
I don't feel like my child is safe there as manager is quiet aggressive when I'm late with my child and my child is always hungry after nursery. She even came home once with her hair cut and nobody knew what happened
