I Have 21 years of experience working as a prestigious Scool. Policies and Procedures are there to be adhered to.When an allegation is made, this must be investigated following the correct guidelines. Unfortunately NOT covered up, nor following the correct procedure, to which I have witnessed allegedly, a non verbal Child, with Autism was submitted to having her head pushed and held under the water, by one of the Teachers. This was seen by someone who automatically reported it. Ofsted was involved but missed the guideline times, Police also involved. The Teacher STILL works there. This is not acceptable behaviour, and if any parent was to have done this to another Child they would be facing charges. EXTREMELY unprofessional conduct by all those involved. Think twice about this School.
