ok. where it does badly it does terribly, like dealing with bullying. that is a serious problem, and i have been sexually assaulted twice. and i am male! furthermore, bullying is inevitable here. its like your dealing with gangs. piss one off and their all at you. and the offenders don't give a shit with the current disciplinary system. they will just repeat the bullying after. although, the teachers are mostly nice, the equipment is solid, though i despise the fucking firewall on everything useful when on school computers. SEND support is good. though everyone sees people that go there as retarded. so if your sending your kid there. they better know how to stand up for themselves or be popular. or they are getting hell as i did.

I was a student at St Georges from 2015-2020. I’ve had many years now to reflect on the time I spent at that school, and I can only wager miserable and resentful opinions. Although I was not personally bullied, my brother was, and it was the most lacklustre and pathetic system to right the wrongs of those involved, including my understanding that teachers were part of that bullying. Knowing this, no individual at this school would have support to improve their educational or personal needs. No teacher bothered to look into those quiet kids like myself that would fall behind, for the simple reason that we were quiet. If I wasn’t class of 2020, and handed my expected grades on a platter, I would have failed all my courses. Do not send your kids here, I could talk for eons about the reasons why you shouldn’t, and so can every person who has ever had the displeasure of being a student here.

I was bullied until the point I got beaten up and when I told the school they did nothing and they blamed it on me. They also have serious problems with some of their pastoral staff

I go here it’s shit. Most of the reasons I cry is because of this shithole everyone in here is a bitch and the staff are shit there are the odd 1 or 2 staff members who are actually nice and care but most ARW just horrible

Having read the negative reviews on here, I would hope that common sense prevails and it's realised that a lot of the statements are untrue. There are incidents of bullying as there are thousands of students ages 11-18. They are dealt with as well as can be expected. There are no occasions where teachers physically abuse students or conduct themselves in a unprofessional manner. Girls that have to wear trousers, must do so because they have had 3 recorded incidents of rolling skirts up so that they're ridiculously short. This has nothing to do with distracting boys but has everything to do with breaking uniform rules. Students aren't allowed to wear coats in lessons but are in between. Incidents that occur outside school are not so easy to manage but are addressed and students are allowed to use the toilet during lesson time if they have a medical reason or extenuating circumstances. Please look at the results that the school achieves. My son attended this school and they went above and beyond to ensure that he was in the right sets and that he got the results he needed. The send team is also amazing. Remember that one place doesn't suit everyone and to judge for yourself.

This school is absolutely pathetic excluding a student for sticking up to a bully how stupid how this carries on happening is ridiculous the school needs to really think about the behaviour system please don’t let your child go to either of the campuses they will get punished for something that is ridiculous

a person i’m related to who attends this absolute prison comes home crying every day, school should be ashamed of themselves, the staff and their students. poor catering too and from what i’ve heard inside the lessons it’s absolutely ridiculous and i wouldn’t recommend it. i’ve seen the instagram and facebook and it’s all a bunch of lies it looks as though a paradise when in reality a big shit hole.

Every day I go to school just to get bullyed and fell like I'm not being pushed to my full potential.Not Evan mentioning the teachers don't do anything at all.I get it's a big school and all but there discipline rules are atrocious they care more about a bit of gum than a child's mental state and bullying.

As a student of this school, being here for around 2 years now, I'd say the majority of students don't want to attend their lessons due to bullying or how horrible their teachers are. Some teachers are respectful and incredibly nice but not enough of the staff are to make lessons enjoyable. Over the course of this term, there have been multiple outbreaks of fights, this has caused stress upon those who are just trying to get through the school day without getting beat up. Teachers don't know how to settle down a class and causes even more chaos than is, most children get shouted and yelled at without being gave a chance to explain their side of a story. Mental health services in the school campus are appalling, the school doesn't help whatsoever. There are so many sketchy students that vape, drug deal or even commit crimes. The school cares more about its public image than the actual well being and safety of students. One student was purposely pushed in front of a moving vehicle and the child that caused this only got isolation for a morning! In this school, many children have fallen victim to homophobia, racism, transphobia and more. Treating most students improperly and when reported nothing happens. It is an absolute hellhole! There was a treacherous assembly where they pulled all the girls out of a line for innocent uniforms and told them, they would get raped and kidnapped in the streets for how they were dressed and it being unfair on male teachers, some of which had already had rumours of pedophilia. I have heard of male teachers looking under girl's skirts when dropping a pencil or pen during lesson, which has been spotted numerous of times yet nothing being done.

Absolutely awful. There is a massive problem of bullying, mental health and discrimination. There are many abuse and sexual abuse claims that come from here. DONT NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. IT IS H3LL ON EARTH.

If you are a bully who wrecks havoc, destroys, abuses and batters people then you survive this prison hell hole that is called a school…. If you are non of the above then your mental health declines to point school is unbearable and worst of all so is life! They seem to allow it all to continue, they don’t deal with the problems and look past those in desperate need of help! I have seen this decline in my family member and it breaks my heart! Let’s all hope for a more caring hierarchy so that you people have a chance to flourish and be happy in life!

there not letting me be in school because i’m not wearing the trousers because “i’m distracting to the boys” and not aloud piercings because that’s distracting aswell and they put you in detention all lunch with out any food and they search you with out a responsible reason and your not aloud to wear your coat when it’s like -3 outside and your not aloud to go toilet in lesson and as a girl it’s really bad when your on that time of month so i wouldn’t recommend this school at all

Stupid school, bad staff/teachers. Care about image more then the mental well being of there students. Messy classrooms, messy hallways. Teachers yelling and bad mouthing students. Bullying, racism, homophobia is not dealt with. Only a couple teachers were nice but all left due to another staff member. Bad communication and a generally bad school

It’s absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. I’m a current student of the school and the past few years have been absolutely hell. The school only cares about its image and not about mental health or well being. It’s so bad that I struggle to go to school myself because of persistent bullying and vile students and the absolutely awful teachers and staff that do nothing about it. Sure there’s the occasional descent teacher. But they are rare in this school. It’s absolute hell. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL AT ANY COST.

This school cares more about it’s image then the actual well-being and safety of its students. One student who is relentlessly bullied, with multiple witnesses, was placed in detention when he complained because they accused him of making it up. Another student was purposefully pushed in front of a moving vehicle and all the pusher got was isolation for a morning. This school protects the bullies instead of the bullied and uses a child’s mental health against them using manipulation.

Personally I got on quite well. Some of the teachers you come across are lovely yet others may not be. In terms of dealing with pastoral issues they need to improve. But the support I got from my form tutor and various subject teachers is fantastic.
