St Helen's School

St Helens school forgot to submit my DD subject to UCAS, we found out on A level results day! As a result of the oversight by the school my daughters uni offer dropped. The school acknowledged the error but the approach and the handing of the whole situation by the chair of governors was appalling. My DD received her mark / result grade the following year.

I dislike this school very much I have been there since. Nursery and am finally leaving. Mental health ,bullying and learning difficulties are overlooked. The food is terrible and the bathrooms are filthy also all the class rooms have a sickening odour.

why is it making me write so much ?

I really like this school a lot. I’ve been here for two years (since year 7) and learned a lot over this time period. All the teachers and staff are really kind, welcoming and caring and the facilities available to students are amazing. I specifically like the STEM facilities as they are large and spacious and give opportunities for lessons in this category to be more exciting for the students.
