This school makes people cry they didn't let me get food at break most teachers R nice if u don't get on there bad side aha new head teacher pushed me and my mate out a door teachers R constantly shouting the doors always cold I love the activitys they do so people can build there confidence up I do not recommend coming here it's horrible I cry every night because of this school there is constant fights , swearing, most teachers not understanding the kids i got put in reflect for not having a pe kit im sorry my mum cant afford - year 9 Krystal wood
This Place Was My Vietnam
I finished my compulsory education here in 2011. Virtually nothing was done about bullying either for me or my peers. I'm now 28 and I don't think the psychological wounds I sustained in this concrete gulag will ever heal. I have no self-confidence, can't form relationships, and have been put off from ever having children of my own through the torture I went through.
I was initially described as "gifted", but through the years of anti-intellectualism and being laughed at when I got the answers RIGHT, I ended up dumbing down and not embracing learning in a bid to be left alone, dooming myself to a life of eternal mediocrity.
There is almost no encouragement of the arts, (I have heard in recent years that the music department has been dropped) and all forms of drama and theatre studies were dropped just after I left.
It only sounds like the place has got even worse, with so many of the most capable staff either retiring or leaving. I feel sorry for the poor kids who are there right now.
Abandon all hope all ye who enter here.

WORST YEARS OF MY LIFE! Every single teacher in the school are bullies or pedophiles! if you want your child to be told they are failures every single day then this school is perfect for you. teachers claim that they prevent bullying yet they bully the children themself. Students can misbehave and attend one lesson out of 5 and be told they are amazing but if you so much as spell a word wrong you’re failing your GCSES and working at mcdonald’s. The rules don’t even make sense and half the time teachers don’t even know what day it is. The school tell you to be yourself but when you wear lashes/nails/tan ect you end up in isolation doesn’t make much sense. The pastoral team do NOTHING to help you infact they make things 10x worse. most teachers have no qualifications and are setting you up for failure if you want your child to absolutely hate themselves and have awful mental health this is the school for you

the school doesn't care about peoples learning and all they care about is putting people in iso all day because they have eyelashes on and having fake tan and nails and for wearing trainers or not having a tie or a planner.

L school kinda i started just over a month ago got bullied and overall weird school fights everyday already got in one and i got jumped at my house after a month ago.
Bad school
This is such a shi arse school the teachers don't care if your being bullied and the students will all come after your slightly different so I don't recommend coming to this school or sending your child to this really really bad school and people who say this school is bad is telling the truth and even though they are starting to become even more stricter students ratchet behaviours still won't change, so I tink making this school even more stricter will just make the students behaviours even worse and don't even get me started on the teachers all of them suck arse and only a few are actually decent

Terrible. So much racism and islamaphobia and teacher hear and do nothing. Teachers also often make microaggressions with no repercussions.
Bullying is never dealt with as teacher don’t care.
Teacher blame students for not understanding the subject even when they haven’t taught it correctly or a whole class fails.
Seriously bad for mental health, if you don’t leave with mental health issues it'd be a miracle.

Not much to complain about.
Good school. Good teachers. Just not that many facilities and interesting stuff to do. But overall still good.
