DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!!! SAVE YOURSELF

This school is so bad they don’t care about your mental health and teachers shout at students and some people are getting bullied but the teachers do not care and when your upset all they say is every thing will be okay when really it’s not teachers are really harsh when I went there for the first time I know it’s gonna be bad honestly I hope people see this from the school and when it comes to p.e they will blow there whistle really loud and talk really loudly as they can l swear it’s really horrible in my opinion what I felt like there was no support and how I saw it in my eyes where teachers don’t care students don’t listen or there upset and feel lost

Do not attend

They do not care about the bullying...fights happen all the time
When I attended...they made us have a compulsory 6th period even in the winter so people were getting really ill and walking home in the dark even though its really unsafe.the teachers that were good were being fired for caring about us...my tutor that I actually liked was fired because she made are lessons fun.

St lukes is a disgrace

My teachers never listened to the bullying complaints.
Whenever, someone made a complaint about the doors being taken of...nobody did anything.
The teachers are all about being yourself but then suspended everyone that was or gave them detention.

Still a lot of rampant bullying.

The teachers are excellent and try to pay attention and be helpful, but honestly, I totally understand when they burn out. The school does not have a good reputation in the bullying field; unfortunately, I can also attest to this. The school that can't stop the violent brawler has a big problem. Don't let anyone tell me that it's normal when children in (year 7) are choked and hit on the head with fists or other children just because his small they push on the floor, and not a single teacher sees it! They don't even control or see when it happens several times. The same children receive the same detention each time.
Obviously, nothing changed. Even then, no one pays attention to the children during recess.
My (year 7) child was recommended E -cigarettes and vape in the school toilet. They made fun of him because he refused to have it.
I don't even understand which parent is capable of ruining their own child's health and buying them cigarettes or vape. Plus, until now, the school's most attractive sports and science highlighted subjects had been cancelled. They got the most successful GCSE in the area, but this is not enough to safely send my child to school. Not to mention that within the school, one department does not know what the others are doing.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This school is so bad. They care more about your uniform than your education, they preach about mental health yet do nothing when you mention you're doing bad. They do nothing about bullying and do not listen to the students at all. In order for year 11s to catch up on missed lockdown learning, they gave them a compulsory 6th period IN WINTER so they were walking home in pitch black, freezing weather and they still had to do an hour of homework after getting home at gone 4.30pm while still telling the students to get some time to themself. as if they had the chance. half of the good teachers there are leaving because they're sick of the treatment and the school isn't even getting enough students in next year in order to fund the school properly. the school feels more like a prison then a school and learning is almost impossible. they don't help if you need it. please do not send your kids here.

DO NOT ATTEND ST LUKES

It’s a terrible school, I once got thrown down some stairs (for no reason whatsoever) and the people responsible received no punishment despite there being camera footage of them doing it. Also, the school treats students like a joke and no respect is shown to them or their parents. Do not recommend at all.

st lukes 🤣

i would've rated it lower if i could tbf, this school does nothing abt bullying and fights happen all the time and they'll just exclude u for the day and that'll be it. they never listen to anything u say and teachers r so harsh on students, they shout at us for everything. if you dont know an answer you'll either get shouted at, be told it's not good enough, or they'll just ask someone else which isn't gonna help us. my english teacher told me my whole page paragraph was a good start... i was finished and made me write more. we should be allowed our phones at break and lunch because it would stop people getting bored, roaming around the school and going up to people being horrible.
