Headteacher lets the school down.
I would not recommend sending your child/children to this school. The headteacher is cold, unapproachable and lacks empathy. Many children at the school are terrified of her. Her communication style is arrogant and condescending, she fails to listen to or address parents concerns. Bullying is not managed effectively. It is very difficult to get support for your child if they are struggling. Such as shame as it was a fantastic school previously and some of the teachers there are good.
