i am a current year 11 student who goes to this school and can honestly say every aspect of this school is a shambles and this school should be immediately shut down as i do not know how it hasnt crumbled within itself. the school has a massive behaviour problem, over 80% of teachers are unable to effectively control the riot-like patronizing behaviour presented by students. in my RE class, lit on fire paper balls are often thrown across the classroom, alongside shards of glass and chairs (smash...

the school is terrible
This is a dreadful school, no matter what gloss the staff try to put over it. Really lives up to its shambolic reputation. Majority of students are undisciplined, and many are very anti-social.

ofsted need to shut it down.
teachers are overworked, have frequent mental breakdowns and are literally bullied by the students as they are so horrid bullying, fighting, gang crime, drugs, knife crime are a common issue amongst the school

so glad I left
this school has been hell for the past 5 years of me being here the current year 10s going into year 11 and year 9s going into year 10 are horrible selfish gremlins that should be eaten by the gates of hell they genuinely make their teachers cry

DONT SEND UR CHILD HERE
The school is terrible and you shouldn’t send your son here Bullying and fights are frequent and don’t get treated the pupils are horrible The school is falling apart and generally stinks Don’t be fooled by the “catholic ethos” as that’s the only reason why most people send their son here It’s generally chaotic teachers can never control their class becuase behaviour is so bad and leaving teachers crying in most cases Teachers having mental breakdowns is a common occurrence at the end of this year 5 English teachers left alone

BEST SCHOOL IN SOUTHEND
Good catholic school, teachers are able to control lessons well and teach students well. Your child doesn’t have to be catholic to attend. Best school in Southend!
