Starks Field Primary School

I worked at this for a relatively short time, but it was long enough for me to form a very negative impression of it as a workplace. In my experience, staff are not treated with the respect they deserve, and teaching assistants in particular do not feel valued or heard. I also found that concerns and problems raised by staff were not taken seriously, and that management did not seem genuinely interested in listening to employees or addressing their concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Startsville Primary School as a place to work. I believe employees deserve a workplace where they are respected, supported, listened to, and appreciated.
