Stoke High School - Ormiston Academy

This doesn’t even deserve to be a school. Im still attending stoke, im a year 10 and haven’t moved due to financial problems. These teachers are horrible. A teacher made fun of my friend’s dead cat and never does anything when a boy bullies her in his classroom. I have been personally made fun of by Mr moxon. They have fired a BLACK teacher for being too close to someone’s friendgroup. All she did was make them feel safe. Its not even about their rules its just the teachers in general. They make assembly’s about how if anyone is getting bullied they will do everything they can. My friend has been getting bullied since year 7 by the same group of boys and they have still not done shit. A group of girls and boys in my year have reported an incident to the SAFEGUARDING TEACHERS, about an account harrassing them, saying sexual things to them and sending death threats. They blamed it on that group of friends because they added the account back, which is stupid, and said they can’t do anything since there is no nudes involved even though there were actual death threats. I have heard of this from someone in that group. If there is a group of black people walking, Mrs Wiseman will quite literally radio that she thinks there will be a fight. Not making racial allegations but its strange.

The food is so expensive aswell, and you can only spend £5.00 a day, no matter how much is in ur account. An example is, for 2 small pieces of chicken it is £2.10 what the hell.

This school cares more about attendance than their own pupils. They say to come to them when you feel down but as soon as you ask for advice or help they’re suddenly too busy for you.

I think they should get another visit soon and get shut down.

I truly cannot wait for when i leave this school.

Please do not place your children in this school, it’s mentally draining and just the worst. I think spending money for your child to get the bus to go to a different school is worth it because stoke is honestly a shithole.

I am going to talk about my experience in Ormiston,I am A year 10 student,and My experience was incredibly Terrible.I had most of my classmates, being horrible to me,It seemed like it was planned all along for them to bring me down so bad,the worst part of all is that most of them were in my form,They would say Nasty, spiteful, things about me openly,I think it started in the other half of Year 9,but in the start of year 10 it got so bad,Any action I would make they would pinpoint it and Belittle me,and They would constantly make fun of my appearance also, it got so bad my form teacher stepped in and Warned them to stop being Horrible to me and a letter was sent home to my parents about the incident.Even till now some of them still secretly carry on being cruel towards me.i would hear them making unwanted jokes about me or giggling behind my back.To make it more complicated another classmate whose parent was a college to my Mum,is the main person behind the issue,She would try to turn people against me,or Get others to sabotage me. I can describe the some of the students there as senseless, Obnoxious, self-centred and Manipulative.This is was A Very Big issue that happened,it involved me as a single student getting picked on by almost 20 of my classmates.It was A experience that kind of affected how I see myself.

The school does nothing when you tell someone you are getting bullied and they don't care about your mental health also the canteen prices for food and drinks was ridiculous too over priced. You now can get detentions for talking without sticking your hand up so I would never recommend this school to anyone

I had a wonderful time attending this school.
