What a school
What a school ….. and not in a good way unfortunately for some who work there. The attitude and treatment of some staff is beyond comment . The next Ofsted report will make interesting reading once certain facts are known.
You wouldn’t want to work here
A quote from the recent Ofsted report below - this couldn’t be further from truth if certain situations were fully known- neither of these statements are factually correct !!

I’ve been giong for 4 yrs and I’m can’t anymore , this schools staff are Billy’s they don’t do anything about the behaviour , they deny they did anything wrong , lie , and punish victims of bullying this school should be shut down

The School in General
I do not recommend as some teachers treat pupils horribly and having unfair rules compared to students
Bad accommodation, bad teaching and less than adequate sanctions.
They refuse to accommodate SEN students. They have been accused medically diagnosed SEN students fake and liars. They do not offer support when they are struggling. Bullying is rife. Students are violent to one another and call each other slurs, and nothing has been done. Some staff members add to the bullying by also making fun of students. Appropriate sanctions are never brought in. Students vape in the toilets often, and nothing has been done. They have said they are going to put cameras in the toilets to catch vandals, but that's all. Teachers can not control classrooms, and noise sensitive students are often suffering during lessons. Teachers are not in often enough and far too much work needs to be caught up on. We don't have enough staff in the maths department and classrooms are overcrowded. In science we often do not have the actual lessons as they are sent by a higher up who doesn't send them.
Bad school
Have a really bad bullying policy. And you are not aloud to go to the toilet unless you have a toilet pass. Another thing is you are not aloud time outside to calm down.the behaviour system is bad as they will do anything to give people a consequence and keep changing the ways of giving consequences.the school dinners are the same every week. The school also have a lack of support for students with anxiety and mental health problems
What is wrong and what is okay
The school is okay but there has been alot of bullying and alot of changing of the rules and homework system so it gets confusing and the breaks and lunch times are only an hour apart. The good things are that some teachers are okay and they have a good behaviour system. Another good thing is that you get 55 minute lessons
Wouldn’t recommend
This school was one of the worst. It’s a small school which was nice however my compliments end there. A lot of the staff are bullies and will make children's lives hell. They say they have an amazing bullying policy but they don’t. I am one of the pupils that were bullied and I got punished as well as the bully because otherwise it “wasn’t faire” they don’t allow children to take a minute outside the classroom when needed and it can take a very long time for access to support for your mental health.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing school this is!! Everyone is so nice and friendly, the school is amazing, and they get taught well!!!!
