The unfortunate truth. Do not go here.
While the school was serviceable, my time here was some of the worst years of my life. A lackluster environment, tutors who were mal-informed and unhelpful, and curriculum choices which baffles the mind in the modern world. Not offering a computer science course, for example, and all ICT teachers being totally incompetent.
The area is surrounded by drug hotspots, with students as young as Yr 7 smoking right outside, with little to no intervention from the school.
Please, don't subject yourself or your child to this awful place.

Not good if you have a chronic illness
As someone with a chronic illness I received a lot of discrimination at this school. If you are smart and have no additional problems this school will be great, but the pastoral team were useless for me. It has since improved after the new SENCO joined though. I ended up having to leave this school due to the lack of adjustments they make for me.
