    shitty school

    As a student that is currently attending this school, I wouldn't suggest sending your child here if you care for them especially their metal health. While I have attended this school its only gotten worse. Most teachers have favourites and there is regular fights and ALOT of racism, homophobia, transphobia the list goes on. in hind sight if the teachers cared a little more then the school would be grate but quite frankly the teachers just don't care really their are some good ones ill admit but...

    Very dissapointing

    As a parent of a student currently at the JCB Academy I feel very let down. The teaching staff are not very nice, they don't follow the academy's own procedures and if you raise a query they all cover for each other. You are promised such good education for your child and this is really not provided. My child has gained lower grades and lower expectations since joining the academy.     JCB not what we expected!

    The worst decision we ever made sending our child there. the teachers made inappropriate comments to my child on a daily basis for some reason he was targeted by the teachers and time after time was blamed for everything! In the end this led to frustrated behaviour from a worn down teenager who we eventually had to find another school for. Hopefully now it will be onwards and upwards. As parents we got caught up thinking this was a prestigious school with good standards of teaching…..how wrong we were. We have heard many similar things from his friends parents. The school needs a new lead and needs to learn a nurturing environment before more child’s lives are ruined

    Really bad review.

    Absolutely shocking, been there since Y9 and I left in Y11 despite the racial abuse from teachers that wasn’t acknowledged in any of the 45 reports made to senior leadership, because if I’m “not black it’s not racism”. When we would make statements they would write them for us or they would punish you for disagreeing with them. The school like that is a school where you WILL get bullied for something small, you will get bullied to hell for being another race, gay or female. I do not know about a...
