Also the owner caused ME many problems yet projected it onto me instead of focusing on what they did wrong. I ended a mature,adult and very civil conversation with "OK, All the best" (in my view that's a civil way to end a conversation) then the owner started a absolutely no need conflict or drama by having a go at me for not apologising, at the very least. What was the point???
