The Little Wendy House Day Nursery Ltd

If I could I would give minus I called before the Feb half term and was told we have no space for toddler room call back in the first week back in preparation for April. I did just that, the phone was passed around many times, they said they would call me back I left my number but i did not receive and callback. Then when I called back myself I was told to call back at another time yet again, as they dont know, then the following time I was told to come to the nursery to collect an application form. All of which I did only to be told there is no space in toddler room. Then today I get a call twice from the nursery asking me if I was the look around who just came in for toddler room? I asked if there are spaces and the lady was hesitant to answer. And proceeds to ask me if I was the look around for the toddler room today? They clearly had my number saved incorrectly. The lady on the phone then tells me we have one space and she tells me 'oh there are limited spaces' ????? Fortunately, I have found a lovely nursery for my little one with very accomadting and professional staff. So glad I did not send my child to this untruthful group of adults. It appears if they don't like you they will just tell you there is no space. And I am guessing it is based on appearances/names because they knew absolutely nothing about me or my child neither did they bother to enquire.

I came here for a viewing for my son. The viewing was enough for me not to send him. The children had dried snot all over their faces, they were also all wearing pants ( because apparently it was easier for potty training ) baring in mind I am a complete stranger walking in seeing all the children in pants. A child fell back and bumped their head while I was present and the staff didn't even acknowledge them just told them to get up and be careful ( this was a fall back from a chair. ) The children had 1 grape each for snack. The nursery working asked one of the children for a kiss, the child refused and she said 'don't then!' to the child. The nursery manager is stressed out and doesn't know how she runs it ( this were her words to me which doesn't fill me with confidence ) the staff seem like they really don't care. Children are openly nasty to other children and nothing is done. This is just a few things but if they can operate like that on a VIEWING then I would hate to see what it's like without parents.

Staff are horrid and bully other staff. Horrible place for kids would never send them here!

Please avoid as they are the worst nursery ever, they don’t only not take good care of children they also try to rip you off……very bad nursery
