High stress amongst staff, best option is requesting reduced/ flexible hours.The headmistress stamps out any whistleblowing, measures implement by staff for children are often stopped and communication to parents is solely for upkeep of appearance not needs of staff or the pupils.
Headmistress sets bad example
I am a neighbour of the school, I live in the flats adjacent to the school in Fosse Way
The school has been asked many times to cut its hedge down, because it is blocking my light out my flat, the legal limits is 8 feet for a dividing hedge the headmistress refuses to do so she would rather ignore the request. I have phoned the Surrey Council about it, it’s seems she has a reputation even with them!, !,
