The Snug

If you dont care about the wellbeing of your child send them in! the mistreatment that has been thrown towards me and partner is disgusting, the lack of care that is undertaken in the snug, the attitude that i have have to deal with from some of the teachers is unacceptable, how it is run, the basic needs for my child not being met, the lack of care towards parents mental health, the lack of communication and the inability to return a child in a clean and healthy manor.

Almost everytime i have collected my child from the nursery i have spotted him with wet trousers, his socks have been wet smelling of wee, his clean cloths that you request him to have get left un used in his bag, He has never come home the same way i sent him in, the car park is dangerous, it is not big enough nor is it a safe environment for people to use, the lack of toilet facilities in the nursery being there is not a toilet within 10 steps of the older children when they are out in the garden, that is very un hygienic.
