All of my children have attended this nursery and been absolutely well looked after and when there has been something I didn’t like as a parent I just brought it up and the manager dealt with it and would adapt to my parenting ways or the way I liked something as best they could in the setting. They were always about to listen or help I have had children who ran in the nursery and one who needed peeling off me but after a couple of weeks ran in . I sent them a child with allergy needs, no issue they dealt with it even brought the milk she needed even though I was happy to provide the milk my child needed. My latest addition is most certainly going to be attending here .
Looks all lovely when you visit as manager’s super friendly, talks the talk, makes it seem like a big happy family. Once that door shuts it’s a different story. Kids get shouted at and shamed. If a child’s crying they’ll say things like “I’ll give you a cuddle if you stop making that noise.” If they don’t stop crying they don’t get comforted, especially if your child happens to be disliked by the manger (she picks favourites). Some parents have recently taken their kids out after hearing the shouting from outside before they’d even knocked to collect. I was warned but didn’t listen and thought I knew better as they seemed great. I was duped too. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
A home from home nursery that has really nurtured both of my children. Staff have worked tirelessly to tailor care to both of my children in their time with them. The nursery has the family feel that I've always wanted for my children to experience in their early years when it's not been possible for them to be at home with us. Their flexibility around care is also second to none, I often feel like our needs are put ahead of any profit they could make.
