Cannot control 3 year old

I want to express concerns regarding the standards at Thornhill Primary School, particularly concerning the nursery program. The inspection by Ofsted was conducted in 2008, resulting in an overall rating of satisfactory. Given this information, I am deeply concerned about the well-being and development progress to the children currently enrolled in the nursery.
Another worrying aspect is the apparent need for more information given to parents about their children within Thornhill Primary School. The quality of childcare and the absence of a functional behaviour management system are sources of deep concern and disappointment. It is essential that any educational behaviour, especially one looking after young children, maintains a poor commitment to providing an inclusive learning environment, regardless of the student's behaviour.
Thornhill Primary School must prioritize the value and the functionalities to ensure that the schools standards are kept high. The inability to deal with toddlers shows lack of experience in the feeld, how would they deal with teens if they cannot control 3 year old.
