honestly the worst school in surrey, i’d say even the most racist school, i never knew a coloured student to be liked by any teachers. The way of teaching there is so bad none of the teachers have any control of the students, which made people who wanted to learn find it difficult. i was a former TRA student, i had many incidents to do with, sexual harassment, bullying, racism i always spoke to my head of years thinking they’d help but it would be me getting into trouble for being to scared to go to lessons so therefore i’d get detentions or isolation for truanting. If you thought it couldn’t get any worse, i got food poisoning from the canteen, everything was so undercooked. Let’s just say the school cares more about how you present the school than your education and mental health.

girls keep rolling their skirts up which is really inappropriate. I’m about to start as a year 7 and some kids there are saying “ don’t come here it’s a really bad school “ it’s true because people get bullied and the teachers never do anything about it. Really bad in my opinion.

The school is terrible. The teachers are bad.

I hate it there, the teachers are constantly not helping me with my mental helah ir when im having a really big episode. Its ridiculous that they just tell me to go back to class mid way bawling my eyes out.

When I joined this school (please take your time to read this whole thing ) in year seven it was big and amazing and I thought wow this is amazing until I started getting problems and getting bullied for no reason or because of my hidden disabilities or just me being fat big built and gay . I was bullied by someone for a year constantly non stop I never wanted to go back but yet here I am still here in that school ? the start of the year of this person bullying me was alr but as soon as they got their mates involved it was horrible . They hit me they pushed me they called me unspeakable and disgusting vile words they thought I was a test dummy in my vision and it took the school MORE THAN A YEAR TO KICK HIM OUT AND SORT HIM OUT ??? my journey at this school hasn't ended yet thank the lord because I just want an education and to see my mates . This school has and still does make me depressed as anything ?.

You're better off sending your children anywhere else. Currently a student at TRA and my classes are filled with misbehaving students that aren't dealt with. Once someone like this gets past a detention, which is common, they're just sent to another class where they do the same thing. I've been going here for over a year and I haven't had a single school trip because the school has spent all of their money repairing (literally just putting a piece of wood over) the crazy amount of graffiti, including smashed windows and what could be considered artwork on the walls in the toilets. Quite a lot of facilities and the school has a lot of outside space. At least 1 student is on their phone nearly every lesson, I know because they post a picture of it online. They have slowly started removing sets for year 8, we started with sets for maths, PE, science and languages but maths and science have been removed meaning set 1 students are also with set 3 students. They also recently announced that we can no longer take 2 languages for GCSE and have to drop art, technology, music or drama which they think is a positive improvement. This is all true so you can't give me a detention TRA ?

Good facilities but more concerned about uniform than education and the counsellors suck at helping with mental health.

Racist school. Not just the children this is openly done by the teachers too. Hide bullying and beatings. Teachers watch while kids are beaten up pretending they don't see. Kids have teachers screaming in their faces so close they are spat over. Detentions, exclusions over absolutely pathetic things. Bikes being stolen and vandalised under CCTV nothing is done if your a child of any colour.( bike wasn't covered by CCTV or wasn't working. Even if its left directly by the front door) Kids being locked in classrooms deliberately by teachers. If your child says they will call the police if they are not let out, they get a weeks exclusion. Drugs, alcohol and vapes being sold in school nothing is being done. The vice principle is also the Senco so don't expect any support as she can't do both jobs. You will NEVER hear or see the Principle involved in anything, sometimes wonder if she exists. Seriously if you want your child to achieve somewhere in life don't send them here. They will start to fail as they hit the front door

A good school for quality of education and excellent facilities, however there are still some issues with teachers and student assistance. All in all a good school.
