Time table
The timetable isn't great and there isn't enough options for courses and remote lessons are just pethetic and there is tons of drug use outside of the collage
Worst college ever
Usp college is terrible, do not go there... Iand I do not get any support even tho I'm entitled to... They don't treat people fairly and they just don't provide enough support for me as they are supposed to

USP College is actually a great school.. it's not great to judge a book by it's cover in this case by what you are told. I thought id hate it but immediately after stepping in i realised that it's the place I want to be. Yes facilities are lacking outside but let's see the positive that they are building. Plus teachers are friendly and students are friendly. It is a great school and y'all should be grateful for a good school..im proud to study in it.
Terrible school
You don't get any support, they don't encourage your efforts, some of the teachers don't even know the subjects they are teaching.

college has no care for their students whats so ever, only care about how they make themselves look, most teachers there don’t know the subject they are teaching, and that’s when they actually show up, wish i went to a different college
Amazing college terrible head of media
I’ve studied here for 3 years now love the college got amazing support. However the reason for 3 stars is how they are handling covid it’s terrible there is no such thing as bubbles classes packed. Now only covid but a teacher Sam head of media she has been linked to students becoming depressed and losing there passions. Not only does she have a lack of empathy with people who have mental health issues or physical health issues she decided to bully and degrade students based on personal taste. She has also without the permission of students who 1 has a chronic illness she forced them into a class now this classroom has been known to have covid cases. She bully’s students and any who move to online class gets completely ignored. She’s lazy too we have one to ones to see our progress and we’ll being but this teacher can’t be asked to do that for students and fills the form in herself.

In 2023, I completed my Level 3 UAL diploma in Graphics & Illustration with the teacher Tara Bowman. Tara was very helpful with providing feedback and if I needed help, she would be there. However, I was under the impression there would be more learning of digital programmes such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. We had about two lessons on these programmes out of the whole year.
In my second year, 2024, I completed my Level 3 UAL extended diploma in Graphics & Illustration with the teacher Pryle Behrman. This is where the real disappointment began. I had feedback about my work. However, most feedback was Pryle changing/rewritting our work without an explanation. When we learnt about the digital programmes he sent us away to watch Youtube videos instead of teaching us them himself. He would set us tasks then let us get on with it without any real guidance.
I complained to Paige Fortune about this, who is the curriculum manager of creative arts, and had a meeting in which she apologised. However, the only resolution she came up with is to have another class on our time table with Tara Bowman where she taught us about digitial programmes which never came to fruition. Therefore, this meeting was a complete waste of my time.
The next year, I decided to give this college the benefit of the doubt again and do a Level 4 UAL National Foundation Diploma in Art with the teacher Adam Gardner. This year was the cherry on top of the cake and was complete shambles. We completed about 2 tasks the whole year as a class. The teachers gave hardly any feedback. The whole year I recieved about two pieces of feedback from Adam and one of them was written on a piece of paper so he didn't even come over to talk to me about this feedback. The other teachers I had: Mark Shed, Christopher Harrup might as well have not even been there as I recieved absolutely ZERO feedback from either of them. The only teacher I had that was helpful was Tracy Spurgeon who gave regular feedback and was the only teacher who knew what my projects were about. She gave me ideas of what I could do better and was a lovely teacher. The others were the complete and total opposite of Tracy and Tara who gave ideas and regular feedback of my work.
At the end of my final major project in my Level 4 Art course, a month after I had handed in, Adam messaged me on Teams to tell us we had to clearly label and contextualise previous experimentation that we had added to our final project. This caused IMMENSE stress as I had been told by Adam himself at the start of my final major project that I could add previous experimentation but he did not tell me I had to contextualise or label this.
I expressed my concerns to Adam about this affecting my grade of getting a distinction and he reassured me that everything would be fine and I would get the grade I want.
After receiving distinctions for my first and second year, I am deeply disappointed to have received a merit. Adam gave me the impression I would receive the grade I wanted and gave me false hope.
These last 3 years have been a complete waste of my time. I am COMPLETELY self taught and I do not recommend going here to complete a creative course. I am incredibly disappointed with this college and its "teachers". What a poor excuse for a college. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
