Warden Park School

The worst fucking school I've sent my child to. She left on Monday and I highly do not recommend it at all. Pastoral support are absolutely garbage and only help kids who act up in class. For instance throughout year 7 and 8 my daughter was chased around the school and had food thrown at her and was called names aswell as locking her self up in bathrooms to avoid being harassed. Teachers forced her to Pastoral even if she didn't feel comfortable. All those bullied then moved to her tutor group and she wasn't allowed to move out. It also seems that a lot of teachers do not care about students wellbeing. This was seen in a history class where my child stormed out as people decided it was appropriate to take photos of my child's hair and post them everywhere and she was sitting next to one of them. When I tell you the responses she got from the teacher were beyond questionable it made my heart absolutely break for her, because I know how much on an insecurity this has even been for her and she finally got the confidence to let it down. The teacher forced her to Pastoral despite saying she didn't want to and tried forcing her back into classroom to sit alone at the front saying 'you won't get along with everyone in life'. Thank god my daughter stood her ground and refused. It is very apparent at this school the teachers spend the entire lesson attracting the popular kids rather than actually teaching any content, as my child (once again the history department) has complained that her teacher basically entertains the popular children or the ones he likes in the sense that when they step out of line its almost funny but if my daughters shirt is not tucked into her skirt then it is the end of the world. Apart from this god awful history department that still haunts my daughter, it is clear that in all other subjects she came home extremely confused knowing virtually nothing because teachers once again seemed to entertain the popular children and spend all their time gossiping with kids they liked meaning she self learnt every single gcse at home. 5 years of hell for my daughter with absolutely 0 support from 99% of the staff so I highly highly recommend to not send ur child there if u want your child to feel supported.

The school is appalling the food is shit and the teacher have a horrible attitude towards students. There are various teacher that should not be trusted around children (they display pedo behaviours) the school as a whole is shocking there is a lot of bullying but the school do not handle it appropriately and give some to none punishments when foul behaviour is shown there is also a huge drug issue that they clearly have just slid under the rug. DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR THEM

It’s shit school negatives all the time just bye

Worst school I have ever sent my daughter to. They are more focused on what her uniform looks like than her development as a student and then very quick to turn around and blame the parents! They are quick to give out negatives for no serious reason (heaven forbid she sneezes and gets a negative, she looks over her shoulder and she gets a negative). She developed an acute bladder infection a few weeks ago due to the fact that she wasn't allowed to go to the toilet, had to take antibiotics to clear it. I do not recommend the school! Huge mistake.

The students and learning environment is awful. Teachers spend most of their time trying to control the class instead of actually teaching anything, plus, the food is terrible. I’ve been fed undercooked food and found hairs in my food numerous times, even though the lunch ladies are really kind. Please don’t send your child to this school if they value their education.
