Teachers need more training
Although most of the teachers are lovely, they don't seem equipped to deal with bullying, which is rife at this school. I don't know one parent that has not had an issue with bullying. Friendship groups and kindness circles are a great idea but not an adequate solution to stopping bullying and don't get me started on trying to get a child assessed for mental health issues. The school is fairly relaxed on uniform which is good for the bank account.
