Wingate Private Day Nursery Ltd

The nursery staff seemed really nice, after my baby started she was in a lot of distress after the first day. We tried to explain to staff due to covid she’s not seen anyone and felt like we’d like to wait till she’s two and try again. The first staff member said we’d need to pay for the full month then after a phone call from another staff member she said leave it a while and hopefully she’ll be fine, she said it would be unfair to charge u for a full month even though she was only there 3 hours. We paid for the 3 hours and they tried to take two months money. In the end they charged us £240 for three hours. ? I was going to bring her back but not anymore feel like it’s a money making racket!
