The teachers don’t let your kids go to the bathroom freely, they need to use a KEYCARD. To go to the toilet. That’s just down right inhumane and dehumanising!!
When it’s break or lunch and they try to use the bathroom a teacher is stood outside heavily monitoring the toilet barely letting them use the bathroom in peace. My child had to go to therapy after leaving this school due to the bullying they’ve experienced and nothing being done about it even when I went into the school to talk to them. Do not attend this school unless you want to end up with severe anxiety.

This school is probably the worst school i can think of to go too. The teachers/ staff are rude and don't even care if a student is crying, using condescending language even when a student is having an almost mental break down. All the students think the school system is bad and then they skip lesson and all they get done is get put in reset, which alot of students like. The other students treat eachother terribly and then the teachers just tell you to "stay away from eachother" but then put you in all the same classes as the people. When you have a issue they tell you to write a statement and then they don't even read the statements. They won't listen to you face to face and if they do, the shout at you. They tell you that if you choose to be called by a different name that if you haven't told your parents, even if you have a reason not to, then it doesn't count and anyone can call you your old/ deadname. The teachers only care about uniform, making you line up every morning, no matter if we're freezing our ass off, and they go down the lines of students to make sure they have the correct uniform, picking on anything and everything they can. They also always tell us to express ourself but we ain't allowed to wear much makeup, jewellery, only one earring even though they have about 20 in, certain uniform, and no dyeing your hair. This school is terrible and if you care about your child's mental health, do NOT send your child here.

Horrible staff and environment
Me and my friend are writing seperate reviews to share our experiences. We are both in Yr 8, but there are events that have scarred me since yr 7. Threats or SA, racism and bodyshaming are a common occurance at this school. Teachers do not respect students at all, even if they have disabilities or they just struggle with normal assignments- Not to mention they are a contributing factor to bullying and harassment, which is unfair to the pupil. Counselling took me 4 months to get in yr 7, and I still have not received it yet in yr 8, terms in. Children are distruptive and when they openly bully other students, teachers watch and say nothing other than a 'verbal warning'. Hire better teachers who care about the education of the future generation, not the ones trying to make a quick buck. There are also health risks such as mould on the ceiling in the IT rooms.

my experience has been really bad. when i joined this school i got depression. i havent got counselling for 2 YEARS being there. my friends also waited over 6 months to get theirs. Children are done going there because the school has literal MOULD on the ceiling teachers still say we have a good, clean environment to work in. children vape in the toilets, cant even use them at break atp. im tired of this man. im sick and tired going there knowing if i move school they will ALL be the same. the reports of SA are mad, and you still dont do nothing about it?

At Wrenn a majority of the time the teachers are moody/ woke up on the wrong side of the bed certain teachers don’t follow the school rules and don’t reward good behaviour the lessons are often interrupted by students who don’t do as told school dress code is ridiculous they are made to line up every morning and there uniform is checked by teachers if a skirt is the wrong material or the wrong length they will be made to correct it ankles must always be covered and students must always wear there blasers unless teachers say they can remove them

Unhelpful Staff, Terrible Rules
People vape and sell vapes in the bathrooms, Teachers do absolutely nothing about bullying, all they do is give the students assemblies shouting and telling them off for going to their office to report it? Even though they were told to go there if there was any issues. Fights almost everyday. A child got ‘reset’ for wearing their coat inside? No way students can show who they are either, no equality, no jewellery, no piercings, no unatural hair colours or styles, skirts have to be a certain material or else students will be slutshamed by their head of year, no false lashes. PE skirts are absolutely ridiculous, do not go past a child’s thigh and they aren’t allowed to wear leggings or joggers instead or else they get behaviour points. One student got behaviour points for wearing a hairband that says ‘I Love Jesus’ because they were representing a gang apparently?!
All of these are just stories i’ve been told from my daughter so who knows what else goes on inside that school?!

Sixth form has their favourite students and the ones they like to tell off, quality of teaching is good however how they treat certain students is out of order

my friend used to be severely body shamed for her body when she’s perfect , i was in phse once and a few boys started laughing at this video (it was about domestic violence toward children and woman and another one started to joke and laugh about ABORTION!! ABORTION!!!) honestly they don’t even let you go to the bathroom you have to use a KEYCARD A KEYCARD so the toilets are locked 24/7 and they teachers will flat out refuse you even if you really need to go (if you argue with them they’ll send you to reset!!?)
